In mine too, that's two of us that are happy. Have seen or read nothing in the national media, perhaps it is not publicised enough during Wimbledon  fortnight, we need more happy veterens.

Our local evening rag "Leicester Mercury" have done Vets Day proud, a whole series of different stories ranging from WW11 through to the present conflicts in Iraq and Afganistan. Even a story about a Ghurka who lives localy. So it isnt forgotten everywhere. Gerry K
