Hi everyone

It's about time we gave an update and we both want to thank everyone for their support and messages both here and privately. It helps to kn ow that there are friends out there rooting for you.

Clive is still home at the mo and looking a lot better since he stopped smoking 10 days ago. He has been told his condition is severe (the specialists words not mine) enough for him to get a blue badge as a disabled person now as he tires very easily indeed. We are hoping the company he works for will allow him to reduce his hours or he will have to retire early.

But, he is a LOT better and I suspect enjoying being molly coddled. He knew what he was doing when he married a NAAFI girl to nurse his fevered brow!

Yesterday was our little grandson Max's birthday and his dream was to go on a double decker bus so they got one locally and Clive got on it as well and we met up in Epping Forest for dinner.
